Control Termination Requirements

Users may terminate the contract and stop using our services at any time by giving us at least 30 days' notice. Topspot 101 will suspend or close the account immediately after receiving the cancellation notification.

Topspot 101 also retains the right to limit and block your access at any time for any cause without prior warning. If you violate the terms and conditions, you and your account will be temporarily or permanently barred from using the platform's services.

Our Contractual Agreements

The term "No Contract" refers to the fact that users are not bound by the legal terms and conditions of Topspot 101. Users, on the other hand, have the option of accessing the platform's services on a month-to-month basis. Users have the ability to cancel our contract if they provide us 30 days' notice in writing.

Intellectual Property Rights (IP)

Users agree to the terms and conditions as well as the rights held by Topspot 101 by signing the contract. This also applies to the creation, marketing, and administration of your enterprises and landing pages.

Topspot 101 maintains the right to deactivate or remove the landing pages produced for users if the contract is canceled.

Policy on Payment and Refunds

For monthly and fixed-price contracts, Topspot 101 needs upfront payment (unless otherwise negotiated). The payment date is determined by the invoice or project signup date. When a monthly keyword report is released, Topspot 101 may charge for the following month's services.

Any and all payments are non-refundable.
